Resin8 required a dynamic CRM solution that would automate their complex processes and increase work efficiency by keeping track of artists, albums, and songs. They needed an all-in-one management system that would allow them to efficiently create jobs, calculate fees, create contracts, and track project status. They also needed a system that was customizable and could scale to meet their needs without implementation issues.

Solution

Using multiple technologies including JS, React Native, PostgreSQL, and Flatlogic, a web-based CRM system was developed using our generator method. This gave Resin8 full ownership of the source code, giving them the flexibility for future customization to their exact needs, with seamless scalability.

The software served as a unified management platform for Resin8, allowing them to track their artists, manage albums and songs, assign tasks, and calculate royalties. The system also supported artist contracts and provided a comprehensive project status monitoring system between Resin8 and the artists.

With the implementation of the Flatlogic solution, Resin8 was able to streamline its operations and efficiently meet its needs. The new CRM system has become an integral part of their business, contributing to their mission in the global independent music market.

The conventional use case of Flatlogic's CRM, admin panel, and internal tool allowed Resin8 to use superior data management to further its distinctive approach to the music industry. When further customization was required, Flatlogic provided software development services for final integrations and customizations.
