How to link a domain to an application on the Flatlogic Platform

Applications created with Flatlogic Platform are hosted right after creation on our secure Flatlogic infrastructure. The link to your app may look as follows:

You can connect a domain to your ready-to-use application created by Flatlogic Platform by following the steps below.

Here is a small guide on how to link the domain to your application/website with our help:

In this guide, we will use the domain registrant GoDaddy and the name servers provided by Cloudflare.

Domain connection

Go to the DNS settings and contact us at [email protected] with the following info: Domain name and your application URL from Flatlogic Platform, and we will send you the following instructions on what content you need to write in the A and AAAA records types (as the Name must be everywhere @) to make sure your website is up and running. Also, don’t forget to switch off the Proxy status in all records. The DNS setup can take from several minutes to hours.

Subdomain connection

To connect a subdomain, please click on Add record. As Type, select CNAME, as Name write your subdomain, in our example is admin.@, as Target information enter ghs.googlehosted.com, switch off the Proxy status and please contact us at [email protected] for next instructions and for setting up your subdomain from our side.
